Judge Sumi today ruled on the publication of the Budget Repair Bill/Act 10. She ruled that the Legislature violated the open meetings law. She issued a permanent injunction which will prohibit the bill from being published and becoming law. Look for the supporters of the bill to add it as an amendment to the biennial budget bill.
